Two Color Copic Blends

Oh, hi!  I'm excited to share this card today!  I usually use three or four different Copics from the same color family when I do blending on an image, but for this rainbow, I only used a two color blend.  Yes! two.colors.  And I was able to maintain a really nice highlight.

But, can we talk about that polka dot frame for a minute? I mean, seriously . . . how perfect does that work with the rainbow??  There's just something about all the colors of the rainbow with a little bit of black and white added, am I right?

And, there's a video showing how the whole thing came together . . .well, except for the sequins because that was an after thought, but all ya gotta do is glue them down with some strong liquid glue.

Oh, hi!  I've got a quick blog post today . . . I just had to pop in and share a card I created using two stamp sets from Pink & Main.  I love that their stamp sets work so well together!

Cheers!

Oh, hi! I've been super busy in my little craft room.  I have lots of cards to share. . .it's just a matter of getting all the blog posts and videos done.  Inspiration rolled in here like a thunderstorm in Texas and I decided to go with it and just create as much as I can.

Anywho. . . onto the card:

For this card, I decided to do the Eclipse Die-Cut technique. . . but use really tiny stamps.  Here's a close up so you can see the dimension of the word "Cheers," and how the cocktails are both on the dimensional die-cut and the stamped panel.  I'm really happy with how it turned out.

Although . . . there was one tiny little issue that occurred when I was pretty much done with the card. But, I wasn't going to start over, so I fixed it.  You can see how the whole thing came together in the video:
