One Layer Wonders - Day 3

Whoooooeeeee!  Talk about stepping out of my box!  Oh, yeah, this technique threw me miles and miles away from my comfort zone.  But, that is why I'm taking this class, right??

So, watercolor. Yeah. . . it is not one of my crafty strengths.  I really struggle with it because I feel like I have no control over what is happening.  However, during the video, Kelly said this, "Stay in your lane."

It was hard.  Really hard.  But, I did it (granted, it was only because I made myself get up and walk away from the craft table).

And ya know what? I actually enjoyed this technique.  So much so, that I just might even be brave enough to try it again.

This technique has also taught me patience because I had to wait for it to dry. . . I don't really like to wait for things to dry, so Yay, me! I didn't pull out the heat tool to hurry it up.
